  The Mac Ultra-5 Spring handle needle features pain free insertion and tremendous control because of it's
  thick, extra long Japanese style thick, extra long Japanese style metal coil handle. The Ultra-5 is designed
  for practitioners wo want to minimize packaging and maximize speed and ease of use! Each needle is
  carefully manufactured to exacting tolerance! 5 needles are inside each blister and all of the needle points
  are protected by a piece of surgical sponge. There are 5 blisters of 5 needles per flat containing a total of
  25 needles. For added convenience (10) extra guide tubes (2) flats of (5) are packed in the box.
